Nothing Sapiens was started as a one-person project of Timur Zeleev, when he decided to make something of his own, not only study someone else's art. Then he left oriental division of Saint Petersburg's University, went to Moscow and started to work at MOOQLA company. He liked the brand and its style. There he learned to mold polyurethane resin, and also got a support for his own projects.
But why dolls? They are not only volume, but colour and texture as well, a frozen moment of a static figure and dynamics of a ball-jointed doll, different senses and areas to apply them in specific project.
Today the main team includes not only Timur, but Iryna «Helirich» as well. The project is developing intensely and we are mastering new surprising directions and are working in collaboration with other artists.
