What information do we collect and how do we use it?
- We need your e-mail address to process your order and keep you updated about it. This—together with your nickname or name—is the only information we save in our offline files with order details after you purchased items are recieved. These we may use to keep track of your purchases and our offer of additional regular customer discounts is based on these data. We do process every order individually via e-mail so we don't need to keep base of registered users within our website.
- If you've subsribed to some of our newsletters we will send rare e-mail messages about our new dolls, major website updates, exhibitions we take part in or changing to terms of processing for the future orders and preorders. You can always unsubsribe from recieving it by requesting so in a reply message.
- We do use your e-mail address to send electronic receipts prepayments as we are obliged to do so by Russian Federation law to provide a supplement legal gurantee for your purchase.
- We request and use your shipping information only to send your parcel, and don't add it to any of our files whether online or offline. The only part of it we use for statisctical purposes is the country your order was mailed to.
- We do use cookies to provide you safety and our website security, these are short-lived, and expire, and are deleted after you leave our site or have submitted your order. We also use Google ReCaptcha on our site, it also uses these technology; Goolde privacy policy is available via the link provided by this service.
We care about your safety and don't provide any of your information to third parties except when legally obliged to or it is needed to fulfil our aggreement (i.e. your e-mail to PayPal or other payment service to send your invoice or your shipping information to delivery or post service while sending your order when it is ready).
